Founded in 1923 by the Parish of St. Rose and the Sisters of St. Joseph, St. Rose High School in Belmar, New Jersey started in a small building on 8th and E Streets. Outgrowing the space quickly, St. Rose moved to its current location at 607 7th Avenue in 1928. Now a co-ed Catholic school for grades 9-12, SRHS boasts a strong academic reputation and sends graduates to prestigious colleges and universities.
